Demonstrating the most circular and sustainable of construction practices, MCM worked with Bluestone Landscapes on this large lawn and landscape project alongside a new residential housing development in Ware, Hertfordshire.  Planning and organising soil removal in preparation, and returning and backloading with deliveries of rootzone, topsoil and aggregates, the landscape project could continue seamlessly.  The materials were delivered in multi-lift bulk bags, easy to place and use as required.

80/20 Rootzone Blend and BS3882 Topsoil

With the deliveries and sourcing of fresh products managed by MCM, this simple supply chain lends itself perfectly to the timely completion on this project, just one of a portfolio of project collaborations between Bluestone and MCM.  The specialist 80/20 rootzone blend was supplied in 160 tonnes and used to prepare the ground before the turf was laid.  The borders and planters were filled with 200 tonnes of British Standard certified BS3882 topsoil.  Miscellaneous aggregates were sourced and supplied for the surrounding paths, borders and fills.
