Achieving ISO9001 Quality Certification

As MCM move into their second quarter of a century within the landscape and construction supply chains, they have been successfully vetted, checked and certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Management standards. Every element of the business has been scrutinised and every aspect of their sourcing and supply of soils, aggregates and waste management services audited.

Continuous improvement

Applying for and achieving ISO 9001 quality standards is an important step in the company’s journey of continuous improvement and commitment to customer focus, product and service quality and consistency.

Managing Director Shazna Ali is keen to move the business forward, achieving Constructionline Gold status in their 25th anniversary year in 2022 as well as Achilles Utility Vendor accreditation in the same year.

She said: “All of our systems and principles have been operating at the highest quality levels since we began supplying civil engineering and construction projects back in the 1990s.”
