For regular travellers along the A46 in Evesham, Twyford Services is a godsend – a perfect stop-off for fuel for both driver and vehicle. Extending its facilities with the construction of new KFC and Costa Coffee outlets and a service road, the site clearance for this project was completed in the Spring by MCM.  Its timely and rapid completion enabled the client to deliver the finished construction in Autumn 2019.  The new site now enjoys extra visitors from the bypass to its well-executed and well-presented facilities.

100 loads removed per day

The site was a little different back in March.  MCM, working in partnership with client Tokheim Services Group on their second large service station clearance, removed multiple truckloads of muck – up to 100 loads per day at its peak.

Short notice call offs

As is often the case, MCM responded to short notice call offs for the site waste removal.  Jumping into action rapidly on all occasions, the MCM team removed 100s of loads in a very short window.   Locating and securing a local tip close to site was of paramount importance in speed, efficiency and environmental footprint.  MCM minimised trips and maximised turnarounds.

The site was cleared on time and meticulously, with road sweepers completing the job prior to construction.  The end result? A clean, on-time project, a great new addition to Twyford Services and a satisfied client, commending the MCM team on their project management and ready to embark on the next project with them.
